0-3 years of work experience in the field of the candidates' studies
Up to 29 years old*
Extracurricular activities

*the age limit may vary depending on the academy

Two stages of evaluation and selection:

Game Based Assessment
Gamified psychometric tests designed by global sector leader, Arctic Shores
Live Assessment
30min competency based interviews conducted by experienced executives

50 hours of soft & business skills training

Minimum 6-month employment contract
From multinational to small-sized companies and start-ups all over Greece
